Stop the silence!!
An unusual busy life with visitors and a new member in the family took me apart from writing my blog... Fortunately not from running!
I stopped writing also because I wanted to redesign my page, which seemed to be an impossible mission from long time ago. Finally I met a Mexican girl here in Bavaro who is teaching me to use new programs. The slow speed at home and lack of time took me apart from reading your blogs, but from time to time I visited you and immediately remember why I write, why I read, why I like to stick to you my inspiration in effort and in this great adventure of running!!
I miss you guys, please accept my apologizes and accept me in the club again, I promise to be as before.. What do you say? Thanks for saying you miss me!!!!!!
As for running, well, there is no injury at all. September has been a very low month, as I been running but only for 2-3 miles a day, but I am ready to start training more seriously from now. I need a goal, yes, you guess, a new marathon, but I don't have any on sight yet... You know is not as easy as where most of you live....
The weather has been terribly hot. This last days of summer had been so so hot that I just wish it refreshes soon! When I run despite being early in the morning the air is so damped that I can hardly breath... The truth is that this is also about the weight I've gain. This week I started following my calorie intake and I think I deserve "almost" a 9. Increased also my activity with free weights and some bicycle. Wish it works!
By the way, our new dog is a shar-pei, her name is Luna. She is a baby, I even have to huge her at night... No I don't need another baby! I got the messege.
This page is already a year old, how quick time goes!!

Luna, what a refined lady. And Luna (moon) is a sweet italian name.
That breed of dog appears on a TV ad in Australia. An ad for toilet paper of all things. I have heard the breed nicknamed a "Roly dog" (the dogs name on the ad).
