Back

Some sad at the begining of the week for blogging, but not for running. I've been on it as usual... well running four miles on tuesday and wednesday. Again the moisture is doing its part.
I skept the gym this week in order to be fresh for the kickboxing class. It is been nice!! There are about 12 women there to train. It is four days a week, so two days on the kick and the other two it is a weight training program with some tools I gave them as the ball, bands, dumbells. This kept me some busy too.
The news from Mexico are really bad. People with problems to get food, water and the basic services...
