As for pains - I am sorry, we always seem to be walking a fine line close to injuring ourselves (some manage not to), so let your body talk. Hope it's just a fluke.

THat's a nice place to run...here we have beavers and ice :)..neither are runner friendly either :D
How pretty!! How many days a week do you run? You may need to rearrange to give your body more rest time. Running every other day with back to backs on the weekends works best for me.
