Thanks for your message - how do I make pinatas ?
If the height on that chart is in meters(?) I wouldn't worry too much Hilda - you might find it a little tougher than running at sea level but I wouldn't think it too bad.
About 17km's of the Six Foot Track Marathon I run is at altitudes over 1000m up to 1200+ m http://www.coolrunning.com.au/sixfoot/images/profile-small.jpg and I mostly train at sea level for it.
;-) 2P
That looks definitely like a Challenge!
I used to always buy piƱatas for my daughter's birthday parties! They are so much fun!
As far as my injury, I have been to two different specialists: one that specializes in feet - podiatrist and one that specializes in bones - orthopedic surgeon. I've had all test imaginable. I think sometimes that medicine is guess work - that there is not always a sure answer and those are the most frustrating!!! Feliz Navidad!
Hilda: That new photo is of me finishing the Dallas marathon last April. I'm trying to change things up a bit. ;)
